“After the Hopak” is part of Larisa’s Ukrainian Dance series. Featured is a girl’s costume from the Poltava region of Ukraine.  Vinok, blouse and velvet jacket have all been cropped on the dressing room floor.  The image is reminiscent of the years Larisa danced and it captures her memories of elaborate constuming and flurried, back stage quick changes.
